It looks more like an R5 application than an R6 application. You've raised a lot of good points and I'm sure there are others.

I'd have to guess that the Development and Quality Engineering teams were different between the mail template and personal address book...they don't look, feel or function the same...I can't imagine a single group would have passed this. Too bad...because I use them as a group!
